SCCF invites nonprofit board members and staff leaders to a special education session focused on strengthening communication and collaboration. Together, we’ll explore practical tools, best practices, and strategies to help boards and executive leadership align more effectively—leading to stronger organizations and greater community impact.

Each organization should send its Executive Director and a board chair or executive team member. If the organization does not have a paid ED, then we ask that two board members attend.
Meet the Speakers
Cheryl Taylor is the founder of Taylor Leadership Coaching & Consulting. For two decades she was President of Foellinger Foundation, a private, charitable foundation with assets of $200M. Before she was named President, Cheryl served ten years as Senior Program Officer at the Foundation. Cheryl also spearheaded the Helene Foellinger Leadership Development Initiative, which includes the rigorous 12-month Leadership Lab program and guided the Initiative’s Barbara Burt Innovative Leader Fund to provide leadership development to nonprofit board members. Cheryl is on the board of directors of Fort Wayne Quest Club and Indiana Humanities and serves as IH’s Secretary. She earned a Master’s Degree in Humanities from Indiana University, credentials in Professional Executive Coaching and Advanced Executive Coaching from Huntington University, and is certified in Conversational Intelligence™ and ECHO Listening Intelligence®. In 2020, she was awarded the Sagamore of the Wabash, one of Indiana’s highest honors.
Anthony Juliano is Vice President/General Manager at Asher Agency and the Founder of Point Six Four Consulting and Training. An experienced speaker, trainer, writer, and marketing and communication strategist, Anthony approaches his work with one simple goal: to help others understand our changing communication environment and tell their stories so they can reach their goals. He is a seasoned presenter on a variety of topics, including communication, marketing, branding, productivity, and social media (with a specific focus on LinkedIn), and has taught at four colleges. Anthony has served as a keynote speaker, presented at international conferences, and delivered a TEDx presentation. He serves on the Fort Wayne Trails and Indiana Tech alumni boards of directors and the Indiana Tech board of trustees. In addition, he has run five marathons, ridden a camel in Australia, and jumped out of a perfectly good airplane.
